Physiotherapy
As physiotherapists, we endeavor to help our patients overcome injury or pain through accurate assessment by implementing the most evidence-based treatments available.
Soft Tissue Therapy
Soft tissue therapy is the manual manipulation of soft tissues – muscles, tendons, ligaments, bursae, fascia and nerves in the body through a variety of techniques (see list below). The goal is to improve the flexibility of the soft tissue, remove dysfunctional patterns and balance the body's biomechanical function.
Spinal Manipulation
Spinal manipulation Therapy (SMT) is a technique that treats back pain, neck pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions via the application of force to the spinal joints, with the idea being that such treatment of dysfunctional areas in the spine can restore the spine’s structural integrity, reduce pain and initiate the body’s natural healing processes.
Acupunture
It is an alternative medical practice that typically entails using very thin needles to stimulate certain points on the body.
Electrotherapy
(Ultrasound, TENS, IFC, HVG, Premod)
creates a healing effect on the body by improving blood circulation. The treatment stimulates the cells leading to reduced inflammation in the body. Electrotherapy machines also stimulate muscle tissues for relaxation.
Cupping Therapy
It is an ancient Chinese therapy that was originally performed with animal horns. It is administered using glass cups in a variety of sizes. It is like a deep tissue massage. It may be helpful in treating the more physical manifestations of stress.

Compression Socks
Compression socks and stockings are designed for compression therapy. They apply gentle pressure to your legs and ankles, promoting blood flow from your legs to your heart. Compression socks can also reduce pain and swelling in your ankles and legs.
Support Brace
A Support Brace is a device that a person wears to assist with their daily function, reduce pain, or improve efficiency in a task that they want to get back to. Support braces can be used around the knee, ankle, elbow, lower back, and wrist, as a shortlist of examples.
